In late June 2011, MVCI resale operations began referring potential sellers to the Licensed Timeshare Resale Brokers Association.
The LTRBA will be one of several resale options an owner may receive to consider. The mission of the LTRBA is to provide ethical services to timeshare sellers and buyers in strict compliance with real estate law and the highest standards of full disclosure and fair dealing. The LTRBA’s “No upfront fees” policy ensures service and protects against fraud. Paradise Timeshare Resale is an LTRBA member that specializes in Marriott timeshare resales.
