  • What fees will I pay when I list my timeshare for sale with Paradise?

ABSOLUTELY NONE! Paradise does not charge any upfront fees!  That means no listing fees and no appraisal fees. We earn our commission when your timeshare is SOLD and collect and it during the escrow process.

  • What can I expect when I list my timeshare for sale with Paradise?

Your timeshare will be aggressively marketed through our many advertising vehicles. These efforts include the popular “Hot Sheets” circulated at our office, skilled sales presentations, exposure on our web site, monthly e-mail newsletter, internet banner ads, TV commercials, radio spots, direct mail, print ads in newspapers and magazines along with classified advertising and many other marketing tools.

  • How much is the commission?

Our commission varies depending on the resort, size of unit and season. Please contact one of our friendly agents for an exact quote. Remember, we only earn our commission after the sale of your timeshare. It is collected during the escrow process.

  • Will I have to pay closing costs?

Typically, the buyer pays the closing costs on most of our timeshare transactions but there is no set rule.
