The Marriott Grand Residence is one of Lake Tahoe’s most desirable luxury resorts. It is located on the South Shore at the Heavenly Village which is a complex of boutique shopping, restaurants, two Marriott resorts and the Heavenly Ski Resort gondola. There is plenty to do year round at the resort, from skiing and ice skating in winter to hiking and biking in summer.
Accommodations
The Marriott Grand Residence has 1, 2 and 3 bedroom villas that offer all the comforts of home. There are full kitchens, dining and living spaces in each unit. Some have outside decks and the views from the units will be of the mountains, the city, the pool or the ice skating rink (miniature golf in summer). The resort is 5 stories and has 199 villas. There is a unique ownership plan here. You own a quarter (13 weeks), 5 weeks or 3 weeks. One underground parking place and storage locker come with ownership. Broker’s Review
The Marriott Grand Residence is a beautiful property located in the heart of South Lake Tahoe. You can walk a few blocks to the beach, a block to the casinos of Nevada and steps to the Heavenly Gondola. It’s nice to have retail shops and restaurants just outside the door. It’s very convenient to have the gondola so close so you can be at the top of the slopes in minutes.
Marriott Vacation Club resales are a great opportunity to own a timeshare.
