The Grand Islander by Hilton Grand Vacations Club, a new vacation ownership tower at Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort, is underway and is expected to be complete by 2017. It makes the fifth Hilton Grand Vacations Club location on the island of Oahu and the brand’s eighth resort in Hawaii.
The 37-floor ocean-view project will be next to the Tapa Tower on Kalia Road, with direct access to the 22-acre Hawaiian Village Campus. The 418 units will be one-, two- and three-bedroom suites and penthouses, with full kitchens, spacious living and dining areas and private bedrooms.
